研究目的：

评价电针、运动、电针联合运动在改善超重或肥胖的功效表现，为逆转超重、肥胖，预防2型糖尿病的发生提供可行的临床干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of electroacupuncture, exercise and electroacupuncture combined with exercise in improving overweight or obese patients, and to provide a feasible clinical intervention program for preventing the occurrence of type 2 diabetes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.经专科医生判断不能参加运动训练。
2.患者合并有糖尿病、严重的心脏病、肝病、肾病、皮肤病、血液病、精神病、恶性肿瘤或活动性结核、HIV携带等传染病。
3.患者正在参与其他减肥项目。
4.处于妊娠及哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cannot participate in exercise intervention judged by doctors; or
2. Diagnosed with diabetes, severe heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, skin disease, blood disease, mental disease, malignant tumors or active tuberculosis, infectious diseases like HIV carrying; or
3. Participating in other weight loss programs; or
4. Pregnancy or lactation.

an investigator with no intervention involvement in the trial prepared a computer-generated list of random numbers that will be used to assign participants in a 1:1:1:1 ratio to the Ctrl group, EA group, ET group, and the EA+ET group. Randomization was conducted using block sizes of 8.
