研究目的：

比较在HRT周期进行冷冻胚胎移植中，采用雪诺酮90mg联合达芙通10mg Bid与雪诺酮90mg联合达芙通20mg Bid进行黄体支持的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of the current study is to compare 90 mg progesterone vaginal gel plus 10mg dydrogesterone BID(20mg) with 90 mg progesterone vaginal gel plus 20mg dydrogesterone BID(40mg）for luteal-phase support in hormone-replacement cycle for frozen-thawed embryo transfer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

子宫内膜异位症（II期以上），子宫畸形，甲状腺疾病，风湿免疫性疾病患者，反复种植失败，宫腔粘连，不明原因反复自然流产。

Exclusion criteria：

Endometriosis (stage II or above), uterine malformation, thyroid disease, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, repeated implantation failure, intrauterine adhesion, unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.
