研究目的：

分析脑卒中患者早期康复现状，探讨早期康复对脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力、抑郁、认知功能、疲劳的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the status quo of early rehabilitation of stroke patients, and to explore the effectiveness of early rehabilitation on the activities of daily life, depression, cognitive function and fatigue of stroke patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①姑息治疗、昏迷、立即手术或介入治疗的患者；
②有语言、意识障碍等不能配合者；
③生命体征不稳定者；
④其他经医生判定不宜运动者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with palliative care, coma, immediate surgery or interventional therapy;
2. those who are unable to cooperate with language and consciousness barriers;
3. patients with unstable vital signs;
4. Others who are judged by the doctor to be unfit for exercise.
