研究目的：

横向观察卒中后运动性失语的脑网络模式及“益髓醒神”针刺方案的疗效机制；纵向观察中医证候、语言功能等多维量表与脑网络变化的关系，揭示其近、远期疗效机制，构建多模态、精准疗效评价模式体系。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the brain network model of motor aphasia after stroke and the therapeutic mechanism of "enriching marrow and awakening spirit" acupuncture program;Vertically observe the relationship between Chinese medicine syndrome, language function and brain network changes, reveal the mechanism of short-term and long-term efficacy, and build a multi-mode and accurate efficacy evaluation model system.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.接受心脏起搏器手术、冠状动脉介入术和冠状动脉外科搭桥手术及体内有其他金属制品者；
2.严重心、肝、肾功能损伤及昏迷的患者；
3.因先天或幼年疾病引致学习困难，并造成的语言机能缺陷；
4.由于意识障碍和普通智力减退造成的语言障碍；
5.存在严重的构音障碍者和听觉障碍；
6.神经系统检查存在浅感觉异常；
7.参加其他研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have received pacemaker surgery, coronary intervention, coronary artery bypass surgery and other metal products in the body;
2. Patients who have serious heart, liver and kidney diseases or in a coma;
3. Language dysfunction caused by congenital or childhood diseases;
4. Language dysfunction caused by mental disturbance and normal mental retardation;
5. Severe dysarthria and hearing impairment;
6. Superficial sensation abnormalities in neurological examination;
7. Patients who have participated in other studies.
