研究目的：

1. 了解消化内科就诊患者中食道上段胃粘膜异位（HGMUE）的发病情况 2. 了解 HGMUE 患者咽喉反流相关症状与胃食道反流症状之间的关系 3. 研究异位胃粘膜的组织学特点、食道动力特点及异位胃粘膜尿素酶试验结果 4. 规范 HGMUE 的治疗，并评价疗效  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the incidence of upper gastric esophageal ectopic (HGMUE) in patients with digestive medicine; 2. Understand the relationship between symptoms associated with reflux and symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux in patients with HGMUE; 3. Study the histological features of ectopic gastric mucosa, esophageal motility characteristics and ectopic gastric mucosal urease test results; 4. Regulate the treatment of HGMUE and evaluate the efficacy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

消化性溃疡、贲门失弛缓、食管良恶性肿瘤、食管原发动力性疾病、上消化道手术史、糖尿病、精神疾病致无法配合等。

Exclusion criteria：

Peptic ulcer, achalasia, esophageal benign and malignant tumors, primary esophageal motility disease, history of upper gastrointestinal surgery, diabetes, mental illness can not be matched.
