研究目的：

本项目设计一项随机对照临床试验，对比单独应用PRP、PRP联合PRF和传统创面处理对压力性损伤的临床效果，验证PRP及PRF具有促进组织修复的能力；同时通过体外测量富血小板血浆（platelet rich plasma, PRP）中血小板含量及富血小板纤维（platelet rich fibrin, PRF)生长因子释放浓度，为临床应用提供更多可靠证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This randomized clinical trial compares the effects of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) alone, PRP combined with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and normal wound care for treating the pressure injury. The amount of platelet in PRP and the key growth factors in PRF are measured as important evidence for clinical application of PRP technique.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 压疮局部合并有骨髓炎的患者；
2. 急性传染病前驱症状者；
3. 有全身血液系统疾病的患者；
4. 存在对多种药物过敏者；
5. 伴随严重的心、肝、肾、肺功能衰竭及免疫系统疾病者；
6. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
7. 需长期服用或近期内服用影响血小板和凝血功能的药物而近1周内未停药者；
8. 依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. pressure injury with osteomyelitis;
2. acute infectious disease with premonitory symptoms;
3. hematological system diseases;
4. allergic constitution;
5. severe heart, liver, kidney or lung function failure;
6. immune disease;
7. pregnant or lactating women;
8. medication history on antiplatelet agents or anticoagulants within 1 week or long-term history;
9. poor compliance.
