研究目的：

复合全麻期间常有关于患者做梦的报道，但是却鲜有单纯丙泊酚麻醉期间关于做梦的报道，及内在可能的机制。Leslie等发现肌注东莨菪碱可以减少丙泊酚-笑气复合全麻患者做梦的发生，认为做梦的发生可能与胆碱能系统有关。长托宁，作为一种新型的抗胆碱能药，是否也能减少做梦的发生，至今还未有报道。本研究旨在观察长托宁对单纯丙泊酚麻醉下患者做梦的影响，及探讨与患者做梦相关的因素。

Objectives of Study：

Dreaming during anesthesia is often reported during combined general anesthesia, however little is known about dreaming during propofol anesthesia, as well as the underlying mechanisms. Toscano found that intramuscular scopolamine prevents dreams during propofol–nitrous oxide anesthesia. Penehyclidine hydrochloride, a new anticholinergic drug,however, there is no research about the effects of it on dreaming during anesthesia. The present study aimed to observe dreaming during propofol anesthesia, identify whether penehyclidine prevents dreaming, and explore the underlying mechanisms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有言语交流障碍、精神疾病、神经系统疾病、有酒精嗜好或术前服用苯二氮卓类或阿片类药物、对丙泊酚过敏及情绪波动较大（哭泣）的患者从本研究中剔除。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a language barrier to understand or communicate, psychotic disorders, chronic alcohol intake, taking a benzodiazepine or opioid medicine, allergic with propofol, or emotional (such as crying) before the operation, were excluded.
