研究目的：

研究目的：本研究从轻度认知障碍治疗的角度出发，探讨BrainHQ和/或Fit Brains Trainer训练对海马、内嗅皮层体积、海马、内嗅皮层功能连接、临床疗效各指标的相关性，进一步评价BrainHQ 和/或Fit Brains Trainer训练对轻度认知障碍的治疗作用和脑功能可塑性的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Objective: This study explored the correlation between BrainHQ and/or Fit Brains Trainer training on hippocampus, entorhinal cortex volume, hippocampus, entorhinal cortex functional connectivity, and clinical efficacy from the perspective of mild cognitive impairment treatment. Evaluate the effects of BrainHQ and/or Fit Brains Trainer training on the treatment of mild cognitive impairment and brain functional plasticity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 高血压患者且血压无法控制者(服药后收缩压大于160mmHg或舒张压大于100mmHg)；
② 有酒精、药物滥用史；
③ 有精神病史(如人格障碍、精神分裂症等)，或患有严重失语及视听障碍，或严重脏器衰竭、心肌梗死病史、冠心病史、肌肉骨骼系统疾病以及其他禁忌症者；
④ 抑郁引起的认知障碍即老年抑郁量表(ODS)≥l1分；
⑤ 因药物或中毒引起的认知障碍者；
⑥ 正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hypertensive patients with uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure greater than 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100mmHg);
2. have a history of alcohol and drug abuse;
3. have a history of mental illness (such as personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc.), or have severe aphasia and audio-visual disorders, or severe organ failure, history of myocardial infarction, history of coronary heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders and other contraindications;
4. cognitive impairment caused by depression, that is, the old age depression scale (ODS) >= l1;
5. people with cognitive impairment caused by drugs or poisoning;
6. are participating in other clinical trials that influence the evaluation of the results of this study.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

通过SPSS统计软件编程产生随机数字，现在软件中进行编号1到100，再在随机数据生成器中设置固定值，再计算变量，采用函数生成随机数字，对个案排秩并重新编码为不同变量，对旧值赋予新值即预先设定产生的随机数字范围为1、2、3三组，则可将随机数字分配到1、2或者3组。将程序产生的随机分组结果打印出来，制订编码。由实验者进行随机序列的分配，分配结果通过电话由项目管理者告知。
