研究目的：

本试验拟研究颈椎五步操干预前后神经根型颈椎病患者视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、田中靖久颈椎病症状量表、临床疗效、复发率等观测指标的变化，评估颈椎五步操干预神经根型颈椎病患者的临床治疗效果及其安全性。以期通过颈椎五步操康复锻炼，提高神经根型颈椎病患者好转率,延缓复发，改善患者症状，提升患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This experiment to study the five step of cervical nerve root type of cervical spondylosis patients before and after the exercise intervention visual analog pain score (VAS), cervical dysfunction index (NDI), Tian Zhongjing long cervical spondylosis symptom score, clinical curative effect, the change of observation indexes such as recurrence, assessing cerical five-step exercise intervention in patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of clinical therapeutic effect and safety.It is expected to improve the recovery rate, delay the recurrence, improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with cervical radiculopathy through the rehabilitation and exercise of five-step exercise.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。
② 治疗过程中自行退出患者。
③ 排除合并内科疾患如心肺功能不全、高血压、糖尿病者。
④ 精神病患者或不配合患者。
⑤ 心、肝、肾、肺等严重疾病患者。
⑥ 颈部皮肤有破损者。
⑦ 排除非神经根型颈椎病的颈椎病患者。
⑧ 接受手术治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnant or lactating women.
(2) in the treatment process to withdraw from the patient.
(3) exclusion of combined medical diseases such as cardiopulmonary insufficiency, hypertension, diabetes.
(4) mental patients or do not cooperate with patients.
(5) patients with heart, liver, kidney, lung and other serious diseases.
(6) broken neck skin.
(7) patients with cervical spondylosis without nerve root type cervical spondylosis were excluded.
(8) surgical treatment of cervical radiculopathy patients.

将符合纳入标准的90例神经根型颈椎病保守治疗患者，由不参与临床研究人员利用SPSS软件随机数生成器将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各45例。
