研究目的：

观察近视眼患者双眼视功能的状态，屈光手术对视功能的影响及屈光手术后最佳矫正视力下降的患者是否存在视功能异常，是否可以通过视功能训练提高视力和视觉质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the condition of binocular vision function in myopia patients, to evaluate the effect of refractive surgery on the vision function and discuss the reason of best corrected visual acuity were decreased after surgery ,and whether the visual acuity and visual quality can be improved by visual function training.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：疑似圆锥角膜、已确诊的圆锥角膜或其他类型角膜扩张；眼部活动性炎症反应和感染；重度干眼、尚未控制的青光眼、影响视力的白内障以及严重的眼附属器病变：如眼睑缺损、变形等；未控制的全身结缔组织疾病及自身免疫性疾病，如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎、多发性硬化；焦虑、抑郁等精神症状。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: keratoconus or other types of corneal ectasia diseases.ocular inflammation,severe dry eyes,glaucoma,cataract and ocular adnexal diseases. Connective tissue diseases of the whole body and autoimmune diseases that uncontrolled, anxiety, depression and other mental symptoms.
