研究目的:

本研究从脑小血管病治疗的角度出发,探讨高压氧治疗对脑白质体积、海马功能连接、临床疗效各指标的相关性,进一步评价高压氧对脑小血管慢性缺血缺氧的作用。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, from the perspective of the treatment of cerebral small vessel disease, the relationship between hyperbaric oxygen therapy on white matter volume, hippocampal function connection and clinical efficacy was investigated, and the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on chronic ischemia and hypoxia of small blood vessels was further evaluated.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1) 有神经系统疾病史(如脑梗死、脑出血、多发性硬化、阿尔茨海默病)、精神病史、药物及酒精依赖史、一氧化碳中毒及其他可引起认知功能下降的器质性疾病;
2) 免疫性疾病、炎症、肿瘤、中毒、脑闭合性损伤的疾病导致的白质病变;
3) 血管成像证实颅内有大血管狭窄者;
4) 合并高压氧治疗的禁忌症;
5) 合并有严重心、肝、肾、造血系统疾病及甲状腺疾病者;
6) 不能行头颅MR者。

Exclusion criteria:

1) History of neurological diseases (such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease), history of psychosis, history of drug and alcohol dependence, carbon monoxide poisoning, and other organic diseases that can cause cognitive decline;
2) White matter lesions caused by diseases of immune diseases, inflammation, tumors, poisoning, and closed brain damage;
3) Angiography confirmed the presence of large blood vessel stenosis in the skull;
4) Contraindications for combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy;
5) Those with serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic diseases and thyroid diseases;
6) Can not perform head MR.

通过SPSS统计软件编程产生随机数字,现在软件中进行编号1到100,再在随机数据生成器中设置固定值,再计算变量,采用函数生成随机数字,对个案排秩并重新编码为不同变量,对旧值赋予新值即预先设定产生的随机数字范围为1、2、3三组,则可将随机数字分配到1、2或者3组。将程序产生的随机分组结果打印出来,制订编码。由实验者进行随机序列的分配,分配结果通过电话由项目管理者告知。
