研究目的：

探究以组织氧饱和度为目标的血流动力学的麻醉管理，对老年骨科手术患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of hemodynamic management aimed at tissue oxygen saturation on the prognosis of elderly patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1） 拒接参加本研究；
2） 急诊手术；
3） 贫血；
4） 术前接受了化疗或者放疗；
5） 神经或精神心理障碍不能接受术后访视者；
6） 心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍；
7） 严重骨骼肌疾病，如肌萎缩；
8） 皮肤疾病而不能耐受无创的电极片。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Refusal to participate in this study;
2) Emergency surgery;
3) Anemia;
4) Preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy;
5) Neurological or psychiatric disorders cannot be accepted after surgery;
6) Heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction;
7) Severe skeletal muscle diseases such as muscle atrophy;
8) Skin disease can not tolerate non-invasive electrode pads.
