观察骨质疏松患者骨代谢与肠道微生态相关性，初步探讨肠道微生态对骨质疏松发病的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the compositional differences in the gut microbiota associated with bone metabolic indexes in a cohort of osteoporosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 脏器功能不全、神经系统疾病（如帕金森综合征、痴呆、脑卒中等）、风湿免疫性疾病等；
2. 全胃肠外营养、炎症性肠病、胃肠道手术等胃肠道疾病患者；
3. 伴发其它可能妨碍其入组或影响其生存的严重疾病，如恶性肿瘤、感染性疾病等；
4. 入组前30天内使用了使用抗生素、其他微生态制剂、胃肠动力药等可影响肠道菌群的制剂；
5. 正在服用或近期内使用影响骨代谢中西药物者（如降钙素、唑来膦酸等）；
6. 继发性骨质疏松患者；
7. 精神或法律上的残疾患者；
8. 育龄期妇女且研究期间准备怀孕患者；
9. 研究者认为不适合入组的其他患者；
10. 正在参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Viscera dysfunction, nervous system diseases (such as Parkinson's syndrome, dementia, stroke, etc.), rheumatic immune diseases;
2. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as total parenteral nutrition, inflammatory bowel disease and gastrointestinal surgery;
3. Accompanied by other serious diseases that may hinder their enrollment or affect their survival, such as malignant tumors, infectious diseases, etc.;
4. The use of antibiotics, other micro-ecological preparations, gastrointestinal dynamic drugs and other preparations that can affect the intestinal flora within 30 days before enrollment;
5. Taking medcines that affect bone metabolism (such as calcitonin, zoledronic acid);
6. Secondary osteoporosis patients;
7. Mentally or legally disabled;
8. Women of childbearing age and patients preparing for pregnancy during the study;
9. Attendance at other clinical trials.
