建立重症急性胰腺炎快速评分系统，早期快速对重症胰腺炎识别，加强临床治疗，以达到改善预后为目的

Rapid scoring system for severe acute pancreatitis, early identification of severe pancreatitis, strengthening clinical treatment, to achieve improved prognosis

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除慢性心肺疾病、免疫缺陷、恶性肿瘤患者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disease, immunodeficiency, and malignancy

诊断试验：

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

根据急性胰腺炎（AP）亚特兰大分类新标准共识，诊断 AP 必须符合以下 3 条中的 2 条:（1）AP 典型腹痛（急性发作，上腹疼痛，持久而严重，常放射到背部）；（2）血清脂肪酶（或者淀粉酶）至少高于正常值上限的 3倍；（3）典型胰腺炎影像学特征性表现（增强 CT 或腹部超声/磁共振）。如果腹痛强烈提示存在 AP，但是血清淀粉酶和（或）脂肪酶上升不到正常值上限的 3 倍，需要行影像学检查来确定诊断。如果 AP 的诊断可以由腹痛和血清胰腺酶增高而建立，则在急诊室或入院就诊时常不需要进一步作影像学检查（如增强 CT）。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

According to the new Atlanta classification standard for acute pancreatitis (AP), a diagnosis of AP must meet two of three criteria:(1) AP typical abdominal pain (acute onset, upper abdominal pain, persistent and severe, often radiating into the back); (2) serum lipase (or amylase) is at least 3 times
