研究目的：

在东亚和西方国家已经进行了大量的研究来描述MMD，但是MMD的发病机制仍然很大程度上是未知的。本研究旨在阐明中国南方成人烟雾病的临床特征及危险因素和潜在的发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Numerous studies have been conducted in east Asian and western countries to describe MMD, but the pathogenesis of MMD remains largely unknown.This study aims to elucidate the clinical features, risk factors and potential pathogenesis of moyamoya disease in adults in southern China.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在其他疾病引起的血管病变,包括系统性血管炎、神经纤维瘤、脑膜炎、镰状细胞病,唐氏综合症,以及之前的颅底放射治疗。
2.心源性栓塞的患者，包括房颤病史、瓣膜疾病史或心脏瓣膜置换术史；
3.身体或主观不能配合检查或有严重共病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are other vascular diseases, including systemic vasculitis, neurofibroma, meningitis, sickle cell disease, down's syndrome, and previous basilar radiotherapy;
2. Patients with cardiogenic embolism, including a history of atrial fibrillation, valvular disease or cardiac valve replacement;
3. Physical or subjective failure to cooperate with the examination or serious comorbid diseases.
