研究目的：

1) 观察慢性肾脏病（1-3期）患者诊疗过程中尿蛋白的变化； 2) 观察慢性肾脏病（1-3期）患者的肠道菌群在诊疗过程中的变化； 3) 明确慢性肾脏病（1-3期）的中医证候分布规律。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Observing the changes of urinary protein during the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic kidney disease (stage 1-3); 2) Observing the changes of intestinal flora in patients with chronic kidney disease (stage 1-3) during diagnosis and treatment; 3) Determining The Distribution of TCM syndromes in kidney disease (stage 1-3).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）肾移植术后患者；
2）遗传性肾脏病患者；
3）合并有严重的心、脑血管疾病、肺脏疾病、肝脏疾病等严重疾病者以及患有传染性疾病和精神类疾病的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients after renal transplantation;
2) patients with hereditary kidney disease;
3) patients with serious diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular disease, lung disease, liver disease, and patients with infectious and mental diseases
