研究目的：

观察不同体位全身振动疗法6周对脑卒中患者下肢Fugl-Meyer评分，等速肌力峰力矩、总功、功率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of whole-body vibration therapy in different body positions for 6 weeks on Fugl-Meyer score of lower limbs, peak moment of isokinetic muscle strength, total work and power of stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 合并重度痴呆或失语症，严重认知功能障碍不能配合者；
(2) 患者无法配合完成WBV训练；
(3) 共济失调或任何其他小脑卒中症状；
(4) 参加其他研究或者康复的项目；
(5) 严重的肌肉骨骼、心血管疾病；
(6) 怀孕或者月经；
(7) 经血管彩超确诊四肢静脉血栓者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) with severe dementia or aphasia, severe cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate;
(2) patients cannot cooperate to complete WBV training;
(3) ataxia or any other symptoms of cerebellar stroke;
(4) participating in other research or rehabilitation projects;
(5) serious musculoskeletal and cardiovascular diseases;
(6) pregnancy or menstruation;
(7) confirmed by blood vessel color doppler ultrasound of venous thrombosis in the extremities.
