研究目的:

本研究计划运用人工智能深度学习与计算机视觉等图像处理方法,建立一种新型全髋置换术前模板测量系统,并以此术前模板测量为基础研制一种结合术前模板系统、C臂机、计算机导航操作平台、导航软件、机器人机械臂的DAA微创髋关节置换专用机器人辅助导航系统。最终达到与术前计划的精确匹配,降低对患者的损伤并提高假体位置精准度,提高术后疗效。  

Objectives of Study:

This research plans to use deep learning of artificial intelligence to establish a new type of templating for total hip replacement, and on the basis of this templating system, to develop new computer navigation operation platform for DAA minimally invasive hip replacement. Finally, it can achieve accurate matching with the preoperative plan, reduce the injury to patients, improve the precision of prosthetic position, and improve the postoperative efficacy.

排除标准:

感染活动期,严重骨质疏松,髋关节畸形。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Active infection;
2. Severe osteoporosis;
3. Hip deformity.
