研究目的：

利用强制性运动训练对脑卒中后6个月内的患者进行运动康复干预，观察强制性运动训练的疗效；探索强制性运动训练对健侧皮质脊髓束的影响，进一步探讨健侧脑区重塑对脑卒中后肢体功能恢复的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of compulsory exercise training on corticospinal tract of healthy side, and to further explore the effect of remodeling of healthy side on limb function recovery after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并严重心肺肝肾功能不全，不宜进行康复训练者；
②合并恶性肿瘤；
③严重认知功能障碍患者（MMSE<22分），不能配合训练者；
④未控制的高血压，血压高于180/100mmHg；
⑤聋、哑人；
⑥无法长期在定点医院接受治疗；
⑦同期参加其他临床研究者；
⑧合并妊娠；
⑨合并颅内肿瘤等其他器质性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with severe cardiopulmonary, hepatorenal insufficiency are not suitable for rehabilitation training; 2. combined with malignant tumor;
3. patients with severe cognitive impairment (MMSE < 22 points), who could not cooperate with the training; 4. uncontrolled hypertension, blood pressure higher than 180 / 100mmhg;
5. deaf and mute;
6. unable to receive treatment in designated hospital for a long time;
7. participants in other clinical studies at the same time;
8. pregnancy;
9. other organic diseases such as intracranial tumor.
