研究目的：

1.大科岛疟疾传染源得到大幅度清除，控制大科岛疟疾传播反弹 2.研究全民服药青蒿素哌喹片加服不同剂量磷酸伯氨喹对于清除疟疾配子体、阻断疟疾传播的效果。 3.为科摩罗建立和完善三级疟疾防控体系和监测体系  

Objectives of Study：

1. The source of malaria infection in Grande Comoros has been greatly eliminated, and the spread of malaria transmission in Grande Comoros has been controlled; 2. To study the effects of different doses of primarezide phosphate on the removal of malaria gametophytes and hinder the spread of malaria; 3. Establish and improve the three-level malaria prevention and control system and monitoring system for Comoros.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能接受口服给药的重危疟疾患者
2.怀孕三个月以内的孕妇
3.3个月内的婴儿

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe malaria patients who are not eligible to oral;
2. Pregnant women within three months;
3. Infants within 3 months.
