研究目的：

本研究拟通过收集对照组（用普通视可尼喉镜插管的老年患者）和实验组（采用高流量输氧辅助下视可尼气管插管的老年患者）的一系列指标，如：插管时间、一次性插管成功率、血氧饱和度开始下降的时间、血流动力学变化情况、声音嘶哑、术后咽痛及粘膜损伤情况等。通过对这些数据的统计分析，比较高流量输氧辅助下视可尼气管插管与普通视可尼气管插管是否存在优势。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to collect a series of indicators, such as intubation, in the control group (elderly patients who were intubated with a normal eyelid laryngoscope) and the experimental group (an elderly patient who underwent high-flow oxygen-assisted inferior tracheal intubation). Time, one-time intubation success rate, time when blood oxygen saturation begins to decline, hemodynamic changes, hoarseness, postoperative sore throat, and mucosal damage. Through the statistical analysis of these data, whether there is an advantage in the high-flow oxygen-assisted visceral tracheal intubation and the common visceral tracheal intubation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

插管困难情况；存在咽喉部病变等可能导致术后咽喉部疼痛的情况；咽喉部口腔部位的手术患者；任何需要长期带管的情况；不愿配合患者；难以随访患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Intubation difficulties; there are cases of throat lesions that may cause postoperative throat pain; surgical patients in the oral cavity of the throat; any condition requiring long-term tube administration; unwilling to cooperate with patients; it is difficult to follow up patients.
