研究目的：

血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤（AITL)是一种具有多种特征的T细胞淋巴瘤，其形态学多样，发展过程复杂，给临床治疗和预后评估带来诸多困难。我国AITL的发病率相比高于西方国家，拥有较多的病例资源，尝试结合AITL最新研究进展，对我国AITL病例进行多中心回顾性研究，对积累AITL临床与病理资料，寻找中国特色的AITL分级与分层管理方案具有重要的探索价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Angioimmunoblastocytic T cell lymphoma (AITL) is a kind of T cell lymphoma with various characteristics. The morphological diversity and complicated development process of AITL brings many difficulties to clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.The incidence of AITL in China is higher than that in western countries. There are more case resources of AITL in China for additional observation. Combining with the latest research progress of AITL, a multi-center retrospective study of AITL cases in China is conducted, which is of great exploration value to accumulate clinical and pathological data of AITL and to explore AITL grading and stratified management scheme with Chinese characteristics.
