研究目的:

行下肢建模仿真分析,进行计算机辅助的人类工效学、生物力学分析,计算人体对于环境的生物力学响应,分析对膝关节三个间室的软骨面应力情况;并计算机模拟HTO,分析不同截骨方案对三间室软骨面应力的影响,从而获得个体化最佳截骨方案,然后依据此方案进行手术;为单间室膝关节炎患者提供更加个性化、精准化的治疗策略  

Objectives of Study:

Performing simulation analysis of lower limbs, computer-aided ergonomics, biomechanical analysis, calculating the biomechanical response of the human body to the environment, analyzing the cartilage surface stress of the three compartments of the knee joint; and computer simulation of HTO, analyzing different cuts The effect of the bone plan on the three-chamber cartilage surface stress, so as to obtain the best individual osteotomy plan, and then according to this program for surgery; to provide a more personalized and accurate treatment strategy for patients with single-chamber knee arthritis

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①膝关节双侧间隙均狭窄;
②膝关节肌力不正常;
③伴有骨发育不良等其他骨关节疾病;
④有严重心脑血管疾病等全身性疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The knee joints are narrow in both sides;
2. knee joint muscle strength is not normal;
3. with other bone and joint diseases such as bone dysplasia;
4. have systemic diseases such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
