行下肢建模仿真分析,进行计算机辅助的人类工效学、生物力学分析,计算人体对于环境的生物力学响应,分析对膝关节三个间室的软骨面应力情况;并计算机模拟HTO,分析不同截骨方案对三间室软骨面应力的影响,从而获得个体化最佳截骨方案,然后依据此方案进行手术;为单间室膝关节炎患者提供更加个性化、精准化的治疗策略 |

Objectives of Study: |
Performing simulation analysis of lower limbs, computer-aided ergonomics, biomechanical analysis, calculating the biomechanical response of the human body to the environment, analyzing the cartilage surface stress of the three compartments of the knee joint; and computer simulation of HTO, analyzing different cuts The effect of the bone plan on the three-chamber cartilage surface stress, so as to obtain the best individual osteotomy plan, and then according to this program for surgery; to provide a more personalized and accurate treatment strategy for patients with single-chamber knee arthritis |
