研究目的：

1.1.通过明确维持（抗血小板双联治疗）DAPT患者中拔牙创正常凝血者的比例，以及出血增多者经局部止血处理后的凝血情况，探讨术前维持用药的可行性。 1.2.通过比较维持用药组、停药3天组、停药5天组中拔牙创正常凝血患者的比例，及组间比较凝血情况，探讨术前合理的停药时间。 1.3.通过分析三组中患者正常凝血的MA最佳诊断界值，探讨可预判DAPT患者拔牙创正常凝血的安全血小板聚集功能（PAg）标准。  

Objectives of Study：

1.1. To explore the feasibility of maintaining DAPT before operation, the proportion of patients with dapt who had normal coagulation after tooth extraction and increased bleeding was determined. 1.2. By comparing the proportion of patients with normal coagulation after tooth extraction in the maintenance group, the 3-day-out group and the 5-day-out group, and comparing the coagulation between the groups, to explore the reasonable time of drug withdrawal before operation. 1.3. By analyzing the best MA diagnostic threshold of normal coagulation in three groups, to explore the safety platelet aggregation function （PAg） standard that can predict the normal coagulation of dapt patients after tooth extraction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

出血性疾病；接受可导致较高出血风险（低凝状态）的其他治疗方法；未经控制的高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、肝肾疾病；其他的拔牙常规禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

Hemorrhagic disease; other treatment methods that may lead to higher bleeding risk (low coagulation state); uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, hepatorenal disease; other routine contraindications for tooth extraction.
