评价塞来昔布预防内镜治疗早期食管癌/癌前病变后食管狭窄的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of Celecoxib for prevention of esophageal stricture in early esophageal cancer/precancerous lesions after endoscopic treatments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）未能完整切除或者术后病理证实肿瘤侵及固有肌层或浆膜层者；（2）出现淋巴结转移或者出现局部或远处转移灶；（3）既往患恶性肿瘤者；（4）磺胺类药物过敏；（5）严重的心肺疾病者；（6）肝肾功能不全者；（7）围产期及哺乳期妇女；（8）试验纳入前服用试验用药外非甾体类抗炎药；（9）术后追加外科手术或放化疗者；（10）活动性消化道溃疡/出血；（11）重度心力衰竭。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Inability of resecting en bloc or tumor invasion of muscularis propria or serosa identified by postoperative pathology;
(2) Lymph node invasion or local/distant metastasis;
(3) History of malignant tumors;
(4) Sulphonamide allergy;
(5) Severe heart of pulmonary disease;
(6) Dysfunction of liver or kidney;
(7) Perinatal and nursing mothers;
(8) Other NSAIDs using before trail inclusion;
(9) Additional postoperative surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy;
(10) Active peptic ulcer/bleeding;
(11) Severe heart failure.
