研究目的：

本研究拟结合行为学认知功能成套测验和多模态脑影像技术对抑郁症患者的认知功能表现进行全面评估，并开展脑电神经反馈训练干预实验，明确患者的康复效果和脑神经机制，为抑郁症有效治疗提供新的思路和理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to make comprehensive evaluation of the cognitive functions of patients with major depression disorder, by means of behavioral tests and multi-modal neuroimaging techniques. Furthermore, intervention experiment of EEG neurofeedback training will be carried out, in order to investigate its rehabilitation effect for patients with major depression disorder and underlying neural mechanism. The results of this study will provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment of depression.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

EEG neurofeedback training

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）现患有严重精神疾病，如双相情感障碍和精神分裂症等；
（2）既往有头颅疾病、脑部损伤、癫痫发作以及其他神经系统疾病史；
（3）既往有严重心血管系统、呼吸系统、免疫系统等全身性疾病史；
（4）既往有酒精、吗啡类药物滥用史；
（5）不能配合完成相关神经心理学检查和脑影像数据采集；
（6）现为妊娠期及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the patients with other serious psychiatric disorders other than depression, such as Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia;
(2) with a history of head disease, brain injury, epilepsy and other nervous system diseases;
(3) with a history of severe cardiovascular system the respiratory system, immune system an d systemic disease history;
(4) with a history of alcohol, morphine or drug abuse;
(5) unable to cooperate with the completion of the relevant neuropsychological tests and multimodal neuroimaging data collection;
(6) pregnant and lactating women.
