研究目的：

基于人口学的新生儿维生素K1和K2水平研究统计国内外尚无数据统计。本课题以吉林省内各地区新生儿科ICU病房住院的新生儿以及生后6个月内早期婴儿为研究对象，测定血清维生素K（K1、K2）水平，探讨维生素K与新生儿期代谢性骨病等疾病相关性，为临床上指导维生素K补充提供实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Up to now, there are no statistics on the levels of vitamin K1 and K2 in newborns based on demography both at home and abroad. The purpose of this study was to test the levels of serum vitamin K (K1, K2) in newborns and early infants within 6 months after birth in ICU ward of neonatal department in Jilin province. To further explore the relationship between vitamin K and metabolic osteopathy in neonatal period, so as to provide evidence-based medicine evidence for vitamin K supplement.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有明确病因先天性代谢问题和内分泌疾病者排除，如低磷抗D佝偻病，甲状腺疾病、肾上腺皮质功能异常等；
2. 原发临床疾病可危及生命或合并严重的先天性发育异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with congenital metabolic problems and endocrine diseases, such as low phosphorus resistant D rickets, thyroid disease, abnormal adrenocortical function and so on, were excluded.
2. Patients with primary clinical diseases that can be life-threatening or associated with severe congenital developmental abnormalities, were excluded.
