To characterise the prevalence of drug-resistant fungi in southern China, to determine the antifungal susceptibilities of these resistant fungal isolates and to elucidate the molecular mechanisms leading to resistance

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 拒绝在日常例行检查中标本采集的病人；
2. 拒绝参与或不能取得其同意的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who refuse the normal routine medical procedures or management in the primary screening;
2. Patients who refuse to participate or from whom consent cannot be obtained, if collection of extra specimens are deemed necessary.
