研究PSMA PET和经直肠超声（TRUS）融合引导前列腺靶向活检检测前列腺癌的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

Accuracy of prostate targeted biopsy guided by PSMA pet and TRUS in the detection of prostate cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重心脏疾患、呼吸窘迫或低血压患者；
2. 无法配合PET检查者；
3. 1个月内行前列腺穿刺术；
4. 1年内行冷冻/外照射/高能聚焦超声刀治疗；
5. 2年内行近距放疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart disease, respiratory distress or hypotension;
2. Those unable to cooperate with PET examination;
3. Prostate puncture within 1 month;
4. Cryosurgery / external irradiation / high-energy focused ultrasound knife within 1 year;
5. Brachytherapy within 2 years.
