研究目的：

探究基于即时通讯软件的视频随访收集出院脑卒中患者康复结局数据的可行性与可信性，为今后选择合适的随访方式收集脑卒中康复结局数据提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility and reliability of video-follow up based on instant messaging software to collect rehabilitation data after post-stroke patient discharge. It provides reference for selecting a suitable follow-up method to collect data when post-stroke patients discharge.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）不能使用智能手机以及即时通讯软件者；
（2）贝克抑郁量表（Beck Depression inventory, BDI）＞13分；
（3）主要功能障碍并非由脑卒中所致；
（4）不能配合或无法耐受测试，研究员认为不适合临床试验等情况者；
（5）既往有精神障碍者，意识障碍者；严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病或恶性肿瘤者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) did not own a smartphone;
(2) were unwilling to install and use the WeChat software on their smartphone;
(3) had emotional dysfunction according to the Beck Depression Inventory with a cut-off score of >13;
(4) had other medical illnesses limiting study participation.
