Objectives of Study：

To determine the detection rate of annexin A2 autoantibodies in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome. To explore the relationship between positive annexin A2 autoantibodies and glucocorticoid resistance, patient's symptoms, signs and laboratory indicators.
