研究目的：

通过离散选择实验分析中国糖尿病患者胰岛素注射行为的影响因素，通过前瞻性干预研究评价“临床药师+专科护士+医生”的多学科慢病管理团队对患者胰岛素注射方式的影响及结局。

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the influencing factors to insulin injection behaviors of Chinese diabetes patients through the discrete choice approach, and to evaluate the effect and outcome of the multi-disciplinary team of "clinical pharmacist + specialist nurse + doctor" on the managment of patients through prospective intervention research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

文盲；身体健康状况不适合面谈；伴有严重的认知障碍或精神疾病；注射部位已存在局部感染或注射点局部伴有其他皮肤疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Illiteracy; physical health is not suitable for interview; with serious cognitive impairment or mental illness; infection or skin diseases on injection site.

使用简单随机抽样，其中使用患者的医院ID生成随机数列表，并从该列表中收集样本。招募后，采用简单的随机技术将受试者分为对照组和干预组。要求病人从篮子里挑选一个信封，标明分配给对照组或干预组。万旭医师：请说明何人使用何种方法（随机数字表？统计学软件？或其他）产生随机序列，产生随机序列的人是否参与纳入参试者及研究的实施过程。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Simple random sampling was used in which a list of random numbers was generated using the patients’ hospital IDs and sample was collected from this list. After recruitment, simple randomisation technique was followed for assigning the subjects to either control or intervention group.
