研究目的：

通过系统生物学技术分析慢性肾脏病的患者样本，慢性肾脏病合并相关并发症患者样本与正常受试者间样本中物质的差异，分别找出疾病间差异性生物标志物及相关通路，通过对共有标志物和疾病特有标志物进行深层次分析，探究慢性肾脏病及相关并发症之间的关联机制，揭示关键标志物的生物学功能，为临床对慢性肾脏病及相关并发症的早期防控和合理用药以及治疗方法的选择提供实验数据。  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of patients with chronic kidney disease by system biology techniques, differences in samples between patients with chronic kidney disease and related complications and normal subjects, and identification of differential biomarkers and related pathways between diseases, respectively In-depth analysis of common markers and disease-specific markers to explore the association between chronic kidney disease and related complications, reveal the biological functions of key markers, and provide early prevention and control of clinical chronic kidney disease and related complications. Provide experimental data with rational drug use and treatment options.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）遗传性疾病个人史及家族史；
2）恶性肿瘤个人史；
3）肝炎、结核等传染性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Personal history and family history of hereditary diseases;
2) Personal history of malignant tumors;
3) Infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis.
