研究目的：

基于左、右半结肠癌根治术后复发转移风险的高危因素来建立根治性术后复发转移风险评估模型，有效指导临床对左、右半结肠癌根治性术后复发转移风险的预测。将左、右半结肠癌根治性术后复发转移风险评估模型整合于人工智能平台，对左、右半结肠癌根治术后的复发转移进行判断，为临床决策提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the high risk factors of recurrence and metastasis after radical resection of left and right colon cancer, the risk assessment model of recurrence and metastasis was established to effectively guide the clinical prediction of recurrence and metastasis risk after radical resection of colon cancer. The risk assessment models for recurrence and metastasis of left and right colon cancer after radical resection were integrated into the artificial intelligence platform to judge the recurrence and metastasis of left and right colon cancer after radical resection, providing reference for clinical decision-making.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女，年龄超过80患者，ECOG评分大于等于3级者；
2）有其他部位恶性肿瘤病史（非肠癌转移造成）；
3）在术前接受化疗、靶向治疗等；
4）入院前1个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) pregnant or lactating women with age over 80 and ECOG score above grade 3;
2) a history of malignant tumors in other parts (not caused by colorectal cancer metastasis);
3) preoperative chemotherapy and targeted therapy;
4) have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month before admission.
