研究目的：

本研究将观察右侧DLPFC低频刺激对失眠症治疗的疗效，进一步通过治疗前后多次静息态脑电图的数据分析探究失眠症的脑网络改变。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will observe the effect of low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation of R-DLPFC on the treatment of insomnia, and further explore the brain network changes of insomnia through data analysis of multiple resting EEG before and after treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

重复经颅磁刺激:频率：1Hz,位置：R-DLPFC，强度：100%MT，次数：10次。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation: frequency: 1 Hz, location: R-DLPFC, intensity: 100% MT, sessions: 10. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有严重的肝、肾、心脑血管、造血系统疾病和其严重并发症者；
2. 孕期或哺乳期妇女；
3. 饮酒或滥用药物（包括安眠药）；
4. rTMS的任何禁忌症（包括体内植入的金属和器械，以及癫痫病史）；
5. 有严重的认知障碍，语言障碍或无法配合治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe liver, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematopoietic diseases and serious complications;
2. Pregnant or lactating women;
3. Alcohol or drugs of abuse (including sleeping pills);
4. Any contraindications for rTMS ( Including metal and instruments implanted in the body, as well as epileptic history);
5. Severe cognitive impairment, language impairment or inability to cooperate with treatment.
