研究目的：

评估即刻自体骨联合自体牙髓干细胞移植修复下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除后邻近第二磨牙远中骨缺损的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of immediate autogenous bone combined with autogenous pulp stem cells transplantation in the repair of distal bone defects of adjacent second molars after extraction of impacted mandibular third molars.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患侧有严重慢性冠周炎，有炎性肉芽组织；
（2）下颌第三磨牙区有肿瘤、骨折；
（3）邻近第二磨牙存在不完善的根管治疗， 或者有根尖病变，无保留价值；
（4）患有较严重的系统性疾病、肿瘤；
（5）患者有严重牙周病且治疗无法控制；
（6）孕妇及哺乳期妇女以及在试验期间准备怀孕者（根据受试者提供的情况）；
（7）不能遵医嘱治疗或试验过程记录不完整，影响疗效判断者；
（8）严重烟酒嗜好者（每周饮酒>15 个单位，每单位指：350 mL 啤酒或150 mL 葡萄酒或50 mL 烈酒；吸烟>25 支/d）；
（9）任何精神疾病， 或其他可以导致法律上认定为限制行为能力的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. there is severe chronic pericoronitis and inflammatory granulation tissue on the affected side;
2. there are tumors and fractures in the third mandibular molar area;
3. there is imperfect root canal treatment near the second molar, or there is apical disease, with no reserved value;
4. there is serious systemic disease and tumor;
5. the patient has severe periodontal disease and the treatment can not be controlled;
6. pregnant women and lactation period women and those who prepare for pregnancy during the trial (according to the information provided by the subjects);
7. those who cannot follow the doctor's advice for treatment or incomplete records of the trial process, which affects the judgment of curative effect;
8. those who are seriously addicted to alcohol and tobacco (drinking more than 15 units per week, each unit refers to: 350 ml of beer or 150 ml of wine or 50 ml of spirits; smoking more than 25 pieces / D);
9. any mental illness, or other It can lead to diseases that are legally recognized as limiting capacity.
