Objectives of Study：

to study the value of monitoring fecal autoinducer-2 for evaluation the disorders of intestinal flora in neonate with necrotizing enterocolitis

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）具有先天性肠道发育畸形，如先天性肠闭锁、先天性巨结肠、肠旋转不良的患儿将排除在本研究之外。
（2）对照组患儿在治疗期间使用过抗生素者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with congenital intestinal malformations, including Congenital intestinal atresia, Hirschsprung's disease, intestinal malrotation will be excluded from the study;
2. Patients in control group are treated by antibiotics during the study period.
