通过多模态磁共振影像研究方法,对MCI人群进行CCT后认知功能改善的疗效与神经生物学机制进行研究,为MCI老年人的认知治疗的可靠性提供生物学依据,为MCI老年人的认知改善以及延缓其向AD的发展提供有效干预手段。 |

Objectives of Study: |
In this study, we will compare neuropsychological test scores and the multimodal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data of MCI subjects before and after the computerized cognitive training(CCT), to finding out the neurobiological mechanism by which CCT can improve the cognitive function of MCI subjects. The Hypothesis is that after the CCT, there is not only significant improvement of the cognitive function in subjects with MCI, but also significant changes of the structure and functional MRI data, especially in the prefrontal-cingular-hippocampal connection. We expect the findings can indicated the existence of neuroplasticity in the MCI individuals, which may be the neurobiological mechanism of cognitive improvement in the MCI subjects. The finding may also provide strong evidence for the effectiveness of CCT, which is helpful to carry out the clinical intervention in MCI individuals, and can also improve the corresponding social benefits. |
