研究目的：

本项目收集和研究衡阳区域肿瘤标本，通过建立的分布式三级网络的衡阳区域人类遗传资源库，加强异常的临床病理诊断用遗传资源入库标准与质量控制体系研究（含标准化入库流程、技术规范和质量控制），建立标准化病理标本采集功能模块，通过二代测序筛选不同分子亚型肿瘤早期诊断的关键指标（病种样本≥500例），可有效的建立衡阳肿瘤疾病的分布图谱。根据图谱的高发态势，针对性分析研究该区域肿瘤高发的原因。再结合临床放疗、化疗、生物细胞治疗等精准治疗技术，力求在某些肿瘤的治疗方面找到新的突破，实现临床应用转化，提升人民的健康水平。 新生儿干细胞储存卫星库主要聚焦研究人类早期健康，包括从受精卵到生后2岁（生命早期1000天），拟整合医院儿科、儿保、妇产科等优势学科，联合星辉生殖医院、源品生物科技公司、南华生物科技公司等单位，通过对孕前期夫妻双方血液样本，孕妇早、中、晚期样本，婴儿脐带血和胎盘，2岁儿童随访血液和尿液样本等（≥1500份）的收集、储存，建立生命早期临床研究资源库，加强整体观的临床研究。拟解决生物样本与问卷符合率、血液样本与尿液样本的匹配度、孕期早中晚生物样本完成程度、孕妇与儿童的样本匹配程度、中心库与资源库有效标本的符合率等问题。  

Objectives of Study：

This project tumor specimen collection and study of hengyang area, through the establishment of the human genetic resource distributed three-level network of hengyang area, strengthen the clinical pathological diagnosis with abnormal genetic resources library standards and quality control system (including the storage of standardization process, technical specification and quality control), establish a standardized pathological specimen function module, through the second generation sequencing screening of different molecular subtypes key indicators in early diagnosis of tumors (500 or higher) disease to sample, can effectively build hengyang the distribution map of tumor diseases.According to the high incidence trend of the map, the reason of the high incidence of tumors in this region was analyzed.Combined with clinical radiotherapy, chemotherapy, biological cell therapy and other precision treatment technologies, we strive to find a new breakthrough in the treatment of some tumors, achieve clinical application transformation, and improve people's health. Early neonatal stem cells store satellite library mainly focus on the study of human health, including from fertilized egg to born after 2 years (1000 days early life), is proposed to integrate hospital of pediatrics, son bao, the advantages of the obstetrics and gynecology, joint splendor of reproductive hospital, source biological technology co., south China biotech companies and other units, through the pregnancy period couples blood samples, samples of early, middle and late pregnant women, infant umbilical cord blood and placenta, 2 years old children, such as blood and urine samples follow-up (1500 or higher) the collection, storage, establish life early clinical research resource, strengthen the overall view of clinical research.It is intended to solve the problems such as the coincidence rate between biological samples and questionnaire, the matching degree between blood samples and urine samples, the completion degree of biological samples in early, middle and late pregnancy, the matching degree between pregnant women and children samples, and the coincidence rate of valid specimens between central bank and resource bank.

年龄大于80岁，小于18岁的胃癌和甲状腺癌患者的组织，非正常的新生儿胎盘和血液。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients older than 80 years of age and younger than 18 years of age with gastric and thyroid cancer have abnormal neonatal placenta and blood.
