探讨将高迁移率族蛋白B1作为早期诊断NEC并持续评估NEC患儿病情严重程度指标的价值。

Objectives of Study：

To study the value of fecal high mobility group box-1 protein level for early diagnosis and prediction of severity of necrotizing enterocolitis

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

具有先天性肠道发育畸形，如先天性肠闭锁、先天性巨结肠、肠旋转不良的患儿将排除在本研究之外。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with congenital intestinal malformations, including Congenital intestinal atresia, Hirschsprung's disease, intestinal malrotation will be excluded from the study.
