研究目的：

本研究采用3个月的以家庭为基础肺康复方案干预COPD患者以评估其对患者的呼吸功能、骨骼肌功能、认知功能的干预效果，并且通过对比不同形式的运动干预效果，明确有氧运动和抗阻运动在COPD家庭康复的作用和角色。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of a 3-month home-based pulmonary rehabilitation program on respiratory function, skeletal muscle function, and cognitive function in patients with COPD. And comparing the effects of aerobic training and resistance training on the different aspects of COPD, to provide a reference for COPD home-based exercise rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. COPD合并哮喘、肺结核、支气管扩张、肺癌等不适宜进行康复锻炼的患者；
2. COPD合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾、血液、内分泌等重大疾病患者；
3. 具有严重肌肉骨骼疾病的患者；
4. 不能完成心肺运动测试和递增性往返运动测试的患者；
5. 具有进行体成分测试禁忌症的患者，如植入式心脏起搏器；
6. 既往患有痴呆、抑郁症、精神分裂疾病，或脑卒中、脑肿瘤、一氧化碳中毒、其他引起脑功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. COPD concurrent with other diseases like asthma and tuberculosis which are unsuitable to participate;
2. COPD concurrent with other severe diseases like cardiovascular, liver, kidney and so on;
3. COPD with the musculoskeletal disease;
4. COPD patients cannot complete the test of the cardiopulmonary exercise test and shuttle walk test;
5. COPD patients with contraindications that cannot conduct the body composition evaluation;
6. COPD patients with brain dysfunction.
