研究目的：

1.本研究采用静息态fMRI对卒中后失语症患者进行ReHo和ALFF分析，探讨其全脑(尤其是左外周区和右半球同源区)的自发活动。在以往的研究中，卒中后失语症患者的左淋巴管周围区和右半球同源区在结构和功能(任务下)方面发生了变化。我们假设在卒中后失语症的亚急性和慢性阶段，左外周及右半球同源区域的自发脑活动会出现适应性变化，从而来探究左右大脑之间的联络特性。 2.通过言语量表评定和MRI等影像学手段研究“经颅磁刺激技术”对于言语治疗的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. In this study, we investigated the whole-brain (especially the left perilesional and right hemisphere homologous areas) spontaneous activity in patients with poststroke aphasia by ReHo and ALFF analysis using resting-state fMRI. Structural and functional (under task) changes have been observed in left perilesional and right hemisphere homologous areas of poststroke aphasia patients in previous studies. We hypothesized that spontaneous brain activity in the left perilesional and right hemisphere homologous areas would show adaptive changes after stoke. So we want to explore the nature of the connections between the left and right hemispheres; 2. The effectiveness of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for speech therapy was studied by means of speech scale assessment and MRI.
