研究目的：

观察右美托咪定滴鼻联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇在小儿扁桃体/腺样体切除术术后镇痛效果是否优于单用酮咯酸氨丁三醇；观察右美托咪定滴鼻联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇在小儿扁桃体/腺样体切除术术后镇痛的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of intranasal Dexmedetomidine combine with Ketorolac tromethamine for postoperative analgesia in children with tonsillectomy and /or adenoidectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有先天性疾患者；
2. 有心脏病、神经精神异常患儿；
3. 有内分泌、肝、肾功能异常者；
4. 对所研究药物过敏者；有哮喘病史患儿；
5. 近一个月服用镇痛镇静药物者；
6. 已入选其它临床实验的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The children with congenital diseases;
2. The children with heard diseases and neuropsychosis;
3. The children with the abnormal function of endocrine, liver and kidney;
4. The children who are allergic to research drugs and have a history of asthma;
5. The children who have taken sedatives and analgesics for nearly a month;
6. The children who have been enrolled in other clinical trials.
