药物成份或治疗方案详述: |
脑卒中上肢运动功能障碍患者需要大量、高强度的康复训练,上肢机器人(Upper limb robot)能根据患者能力给患者提供针对性训练,包括多自由度、上肢协调及任务导向性训练。上肢机器人可以给患者提供大量、重复、反馈以及可量化的训练,有助于上肢运动功能、肌力及日常生活能力提高。动作观察疗法(action observation treatment, AOT)是基于神经科学原理的康复治疗方法,根据镜像神经元理论,当患者实施或观察某一动作时,与该动作相关的脑区即镜像神经元系统会被激活。动作观察疗法包括动作观察和动作执行两个部分,使患者能够安全地执行上肢运动训练及任务,要求患者先进行尽可能准确的运动成分想象,进而进行卒中后上肢运动再学习的过程。研究表明,动作观察疗法有助于激活受损的运动皮质、与相关皮质进行功能重组,有助于对观察动作记忆的强化和运动技能的学习,促进患者上肢运动功能恢复及日常生活能力的提高。 尽管已有研究分别表明这两种技术对脑卒中上肢运动功能的作用,但仍未有研究上肢机器人联合动作观察治疗对脑卒中患者康复的影响。 |
