Objectives of Study:

The effect of caffeine on substrate metabolism was observed by supplementing caffeine with different intensity of aerobic exercise.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

患有严重的肝脏、肾脏、心脏、呼吸系统、内分泌或代谢疾病,在本研究期间安排手术,有规律地服用药物,有规律地服用影响本研究的补充品,食物过敏,在本研究期间参加其他临床试验,运动受限,研究负责人认为不宜参加本研究的人。

Exclusion criteria:

Subjects with serious liver, kidney, heart, respiratory, endocrine or metabolic diseases; scheduled for surgery during this study; administration of regular medication; regular administration of supplements which affect this study; food allergies; participation of other clinical trial during this study; restriction of exercise; any reason in the opinion of the lead principal investigator not to take part in this study.
