研究目的：

（1） 采用MRI技术来探索和评价早产儿出生后早期脑结构和脑功能的发育状况。 （2）帮助建立早产儿（校正胎龄35-42周）多模态脑发育的资源库，为改善早产儿神经发育结局提供新的科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Using MRI technique to explore and evaluate the development of brain structure and function in early postnatal premature infants; (2) Help establish a resource bank for multiple brain development in premature infants (corrected gestational age 35-42 weeks), so as to provide a new scientific basis for improving the outcome of neural development in premature infants.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）无重大产前和产时并发症：如窒息史、产时复苏抢救史；
（2）母亲子痫前期或子痫、母亲HIV感染、母亲孕期酗酒或非法药物使用者、母亲孕期接受放疗或化疗者；
（3）一级亲属等家族中有惊厥、智能发育异常或精神类疾病患者；
（4）显著先天畸形且无法判断是否合并神经发育异常、3级及以上颅内出血、脑室周围白质软化；
（5）MRI检查禁忌症者；
（6）监护人拒绝参加研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) No major prenatal and intrapartum complications, such as history of asphyxia, history of intrapartum resuscitation and rescue;
(2) Maternal preeclampsia or eclampsia, maternal HIV infection, maternal alcoholism or illegal drug use during pregnancy, maternal radiotherapy or chemotherapy during pregnancy;
(3) there are patients with convulsion, abnormal mental development or mental illness in first-degree relatives and other families;
(4) significant congenital malformation and unable to judge whether it is complicated with neurodevelopmental abnormality, grade 3 or above intracranial hemorrhage and periventricular leukomalacia;
(5) contraindication of MRI examination;
(6) the guardian refused to participate in the researcher.
