研究目的：

探讨术中适当的限制性输入以胶体为主的液体策略是否能够在无明显失血的腹腔镜胃肠道手术中提供有效扩容效果的同时稳定血浆胶体渗透压。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe whether the fluid strategy of restrictive colloid administration can extend blood volume availably and maintain normal plasma COP in gastrointestinal laparoscope operation with less blood loss.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术中失血大于300ml，术中输注血液制品，对羟乙基淀粉过敏，手术时间小于60min。

Exclusion criteria：

Amount of bleeding over 300ml, blood transfusion, patients allergic to hydroxyethyl starch, operation time less than 1 hour.
