研究目的：

本临床研究通过收集并分析本院血液科近20年来多发性骨髓瘤住院患者的临床诊疗资料，进行多发性骨髓瘤IgA分型和非IgA分型对预后影响的临床研究，以期为多发性骨髓瘤今后的临床诊疗提供参考，进而改善患者的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To conduct a study on the prognostic impact of IgA and non-IgA classification of multiple myeloma through collecting and analyzing the clinical data of patients with multiple myeloma hospitalized in our hematology department in recent 20 years,, with a view to providing reference for future clinical diagnosis and treatment of multiple myeloma and improving the prognosis of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

按照国内多发性骨髓瘤诊治指南（2017年修订）和美国国立综合癌症网（NCCN）指南及2017欧洲肿瘤内科学会（ESMO）指南中的冒烟性骨髓瘤和孤立性浆细胞瘤（骨骼和骨骼外）患者及临床诊疗资料明显不完善者。

Exclusion criteria：

According to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Multiple Myeloma (revised in 2017) and National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) and European Society of Oncology Internal Medicine (ESMO) guidelines in 2017, smoking myeloma and solitary plasmacytoma (skeletal and extraskeletal) patients and those clinical diagnosis and treatment data are obviously incomplete.
