探讨机器人经脐单孔加一孔结直肠癌全系膜切除术的可行性及临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility and advantages of robotic transumbilical single-incision plus one port total mesorectal excision for colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 体质指数大于30 kg/m2；
2. 怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
3. 具有严重的精神疾病病史；
4. 既往腹部手术史（阑尾切除术和胆囊切除术除外）；
5. 合并肠梗阻、肠穿孔、肠出血等需急诊手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Body mass index (BMI) >30 kg/m2;
2. Pregnant woman or lactating woman;
3. Severe mental disease;
4. Previous abdominal surgery (except appendectomy and cholecystotomy);
5. Emergency operation due to complication (bleeding, perforation or obstruction) caused by colorectal cancer.
