研究目的：

本项目拟通过肝细胞特异性对比剂钆塞酸二钠（gadoxetic acid, EOB）增强的多参数功能磁共振成像（magnetic resonance imaging, MRI）技术，对肝硬化结节多步演变过程的影像学表现及相关分子病理改变进行研究，并将MRI多模态影像学指标与甲胎蛋白（alpha-fetoprotein, AFP）及RASSF1A甲基化等生化指标相结合，评价其对肝硬化相关结节的诊断效能及预后预测能力，并建立针对高危肝硬化结节的临床影像资料随访规范与数据库。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to assess the imaging and molecular alterations in the multistep hepatocarcinogenesis with gadoxetic acid (EOB)-enhanced multiparametric functional magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. A model integrating multiparametric MR features and serological markers including alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), RASSF1A methylation and etc., will be constructed and assessed for diagnosing cirrhotic nodules and predicting the prognosis. A clinical-radiological database will be established to streamline the data collection and follow-ups for high-risk cirrhotic nodules.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 既往HCC病史者;
(2) 肝功能Child-Pugh分级为C级者;
(3) 由先天性肝纤维化或血管异常引起的肝硬化者;
(4) 既往接受过抗肿瘤治疗者;
(5) 有EOB-MRI检查禁忌症者;
(6) EOB-MR图像质量差者;
(7) 无基线EOB-MRI检查后一月无可靠病理学结果或至少12月影像学随访者.

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a prior history of HCC;
(2) Patients with Child-Pugh class C diseases;
(3) Patients with cirrhosis due to congestive hepatic fibrosis or vascular disorders;
(4) Patients with previous antitumoral treatment;
(5) Patients with any contraindication of EOB-MRI;
(6) The MR image is of insufficient quality for analysis;
(7) There was no conclusive pathologic result within 1 month or follow-up imaging at least 12 months after initial MR examination.
